Paving Update
The work for this fiscal year was completed based on Delaware DOT’s road rating assessments and only the roads listed as “poor” were repaved. We have been in touch with our representatives to address our needs and their offices will be working on securing funding in the coming fiscal year for additional paving in the development.

Pembrey Drive East - One section is Level 1 (Good), another section is Level 3 (Poor)
Pembrey Drive North - Level 2 (Fair)
Pembrey Drive West - One section is Level 1 (Good), another section is Level 3 (Poor)
Pembrey Place - Level 2 (Fair)
